The Gym Movement 10 Commandments. As a fitness movement, we felt it only fitting to put together our very own fitness and lifestyle code of conduct to live by. The idea is that you make some small lifestyle adjustments over a period of 10 weeks and see if it doesn’t change it for the better. Each week you take a commandment and apply it to your Current lifestyle. The aim is that, if you utilise them all in 10 weeks, you will be on a whole new path to self improvement, and not just for yourself, but also for others around you.
