Received a faulty Item?
We're sorry to hear this! We always aim to dispatch our goods to you in perfect condition but in the unlikely case you have received a faulty item, please contact us on the email below or return it to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it. Once we verify that the product is faulty we may offer a full refund or resend your order free of charge.
Need to return something?
Here at The Gym Movement, we really appreciate your custom, but if for some unfortunate reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the point of sale. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All labels must still be attached to return the goods. The Gym Movement Ltd reserves the right to reject all refunds that do not meet the above criteria.

In all cases we advise you to obtain proof of postage at your post office just in case the parcel does not reach us!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
